The Advanced Studies Course will focus both on the core areas of
Bioengineering and on Innovation in Biotechnology, with
curriculum developed jointly by MIT and Portuguese staff.
Extensive support will be given by distinguished MIT Professors.
Selected students will later engage in a doctoral program with
prolonged stays at MIT and with joint research supervision, in
the framework of collaborative projects.
The Advanced Course will appeal both to students looking for an
outstanding doctoral program and to qualified professionals
seeking to focus their career on the booming Biotechnology area.
Application:
Applicants must hold a University degree conductive to doctoral
studies by the 7th of September 2007, at the latest.
